Gorgeous water gardens are everywhere here in the hotel district in Cancun, Mexico. Although creative and beautiful, I am definitely concerned about water waste and usage – sustainability does not seem to be the priority in the hotel areas of Cancun. The above fountain is made of a mix of locally harvested natural calcium limestone rock and flagstone mixed with interesting containers.
Below the beautiful water feature is also made from locally harvested stone. It sounded like heaven. Lots of Iguanas stretched on the grass nearby. Love it!

This is beautiful!!
Thanks Bee! The water gardens here are amazing – I've been blown away. Of course, AGAIN – concerned about water sustainability, however, very creative ideas.
I love the photos. Hope to see more.
