Sometimes there are some surprising benefits of building a veggie garden on your front lawn. Here is what I saw when I went out to check my mail today – one of my Bonnie Plant pumpkins sitting on the front patio.
I had to show you right away – I can’t wait to see him all grown and bright orange! My eight year old and I decided to call him “Petey Pumpkin”. He’s managing to grow quite quickly with all the rain we have been getting lately here in Chicagoland.
