One of my family’s favorite foods is baked salmon. Usually we have a large salmon fillet that might feed four or five, but there’s only three of us, so there are leftovers. I thought you’d like to try one of the best leftover dishes ever – Grilled Salmon and Onions with Tomatoes. An absolutely delicious recipe that will only take you a few minutes to whip up.
HOW TO MAKE GRILLED SALMON AND ONIONS WITH TOMATOES
- Leftover salmon
- Onions, sliced
- Coconut oil, 1 teaspoon
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Grill onions in oil until golden brown.
- Add salmon.
- Serve on sliced tomatoes; salt and pepper to taste.
