No-Bake Almond-Licious Protein Bites Recipe

- 1 cup almond butter, chunky (or sun butter or peanut butter)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ tsp salt (optional)
Combine almond butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, and salt in a bowl using a spatula to fold until well incorporated and thickened. If too thick, use hands to mix like you would bread dough.
Use a spoon to scoop, form into balls, and drop into small bowl with shredded coconut
Roll into ball shape, being sure to coat balls with shredded coconut
Store in freezer for “frozen treats” or store in refrigerator up to several weeks
Serve individually as a treat
