Ingredients
  

  • 2 filets salmon, cooked and refrigerated
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • Grain-free crackers
  • ΒΌ cup soy-free mayo
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Slice salmon into bite-sized bits
  • Stack a salmon piece a grain-free cracker
  • Add a dab of soy-free mayo
  • Place avocado cube on top
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve immediately
