No-Bake Almond-Licious Protein Bites Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter, chunky (or sun butter or peanut butter)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ tsp salt (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine almond butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, and salt in a bowl using a spatula to fold until well incorporated and thickened. If too thick, use hands to mix like you would bread dough.
  • Use a spoon to scoop, form into balls, and drop into small bowl with shredded coconut
  • Roll into ball shape, being sure to coat balls with shredded coconut
  • Store in freezer for “frozen treats” or store in refrigerator up to several weeks
  • Serve individually as a treat
