- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 2 Tbsp freshly chopped mixed herbs
- 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
- Cracked black pepper to taste
Combine first six ingredients together in a bowl
Oil a small bowl or dish and place the mixed ingredients into the bowl
Let the dough rest for a few minutes
Get your last 4 oil ingredients together in a bowl
Microwave on high 2 minutes until center is springy
Remove from bowl, then slice
Drizzle with oil ingredients while still hot (optional) or eat plain
Serve immediately
