2 Minute Herby Garlic Grain-Free Bread Bites Recipe

Do you know that there are many ways to make your own bread? Here is the recipe for Herby Garlic Grain-Free Bread Bites.

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp freshly chopped mixed herbs
  • 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
  • Cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine first six ingredients together in a bowl
  • Oil a small bowl or dish and place the mixed ingredients into the bowl
  • Let the dough rest for a few minutes
  • Get your last 4 oil ingredients together in a bowl
  • Microwave on high 2 minutes until center is springy
  • Remove from bowl, then slice
  • Drizzle with oil ingredients while still hot (optional) or eat plain
  • Serve immediately
