Grain-Free Biscuits Recipe

If you are looking for a simple, grain-free and healthy biscuits recipe that can be prepared in just few minutes, this is the recipe for you.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil (if you can’t have coconut oil, try substituting and equal amount of cold mashed avocado or melted ghee)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 eggs, whisked
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl
  • Add the wet ingredients in slowly, continuing to stir
  • Allow combined mixture to rest for 15 minutes *VERY IMPORTANT
  • Use a large cookie scoop or spoon to scoop dough and drop onto a greased baking sheet
  • Bake 15 to 18 minutes, until a toothpick come out clean
  • Serve immediately
  • Store in fridge or freezer
