Grain-Free Biscuits Recipe

- ½ cup coconut flour
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil (if you can’t have coconut oil, try substituting and equal amount of cold mashed avocado or melted ghee)
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 eggs, whisked
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl
Add the wet ingredients in slowly, continuing to stir
Allow combined mixture to rest for 15 minutes *VERY IMPORTANT
Use a large cookie scoop or spoon to scoop dough and drop onto a greased baking sheet
Bake 15 to 18 minutes, until a toothpick come out clean
Serve immediately
Store in fridge or freezer
