Creamy Dairy-Free Ranch Dressing & Dip Recipe

It's a gluten-free and dairy-free Ranch Dressing recipe to-die-for. Plus, it's America's favorite way to dip raw vegetables. You HAVE TO make this recipe as it will be your go to for all your dips. Use the homemade dairy-free ranch dressing seasoning mix combined with oil as a marinade. SO GOOD!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup dairy-free, soy-free mayonnaise
  • 1/3 Cup coconut milk, unsweetened (or coconut crème if you want thicker dressing)
  • ¼ Cup chopped green onions
  • 1 ½ Tbsp ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the seasonings in a jar and shake like you mean it
  • Serve as a snack. To travel with the snacks, place the dressing at the bottom of small ball jars, then stack vegetables vertically on top and placing lid on top. Easy to prep and store in the ‘fridge for transport to school or work the next day
  • Store in an air tight jar in the refrigerator
