Moroccan Chicken Recipes and Pasta Salad

Ryan Hutmacher and I spent a summer filming some great recipes in my front lawn and Aquascapes water gardens. Here’s one of my favorite of our recipes together and focuses on simplicity and healthy food. Click through to the video below and enjoy!

Moroccan Chicken Recipe and Pasta Salad Dinner

2 full chicken breasts
1 1/3 Tbs oil, olive
1 1/1 tsp cumin seed
1 1/1 tsp smashed fresh ginger root
1 1/1 tsp paprika
2 1/1 tsp garlic, fresh, Raw

Lemon and Olive Oil Pasta

2 Tbs olive oil
1/4 cup juice, lemon
1 tsp garlic, fresh, smashed
2 tsp dill
2 tsp parsley
2 Tbs chopped red onion
2 1/1 tsp red wine vinegar
2 Cups cooked pasta

1. Marinate first six ingredients together for two to six hours.

2. Place drained chicken on grill (or stove top), cook until done. Discard marinade.

3. Mix Lemon and Olive Oil Pasta ingredients together, adding pasta last – plate and serve.

Servings: 4 — cost is under $10
