Delicious Holiday Appetizer Roll Recipe – Beef, Kale, and Broccoli

I have filled the crescent roll with some out of this world deliciousness for you to share at your favorite holiday party. Jump on the recipe below which is filled with both meat and the very last vitamin-filled vegetables from my garden. Cook up some tummy-filling culinary yum for your next party.
Hints: 1) Substitute soy meat for the beef if you are vegetarian, and 2) kids love making these!

Holiday Appetizer Crescent Roll with Meat and Veggies
- two cans crescent rolls
- one pound ground beef
- one cup finely chopped broccoli
- one cup finely chopped kale
- 3 Tablespoons crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Brown the ground beef . When nearly browned, add all other ingredients except crescent rolls. Cook thoroughly. Cool and set aside.
Break open the crescent rolls. Fill each crescent roll with a little of the meat/veggie mixture. Bake according to directions on crescent roll can.
Serve hot.
